PCOS Challenge (In-Person)
The Goal:
- For women with PCOS to become healthier,
happier, and gain control of their lives

The Challenge:
- 12 women who struggle with PCOS symptoms
are chosen from a certain geographic region for a
16-week fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness program
|

The Prizes:
- $1,000 US for the person who is most improved
(as determined by judges)
- Surprise rewards and gifts
- And of course, a new healthier you –
both inside and out (mind, spirit, and body)

- Fitness Coach
- Nutrition Coach
- Mental Wellness Coach

The Specifics:
- Before, mid-way, and after pictures
- Weekly weigh-ins
- Daily video blogs
- Be interviewed on the PCOS
Challenge
Radio Show with two other participants
once per month (four interviews total)
- Customized fitness, nutrition, and
mental wellness plans
- Consultations with the experts

The Rules:
- Each person will maintain a daily video blog
sharing their progress and challenges
- Each person will maintain a fitness and
nutrition journal detailing specific daily nutritional
and fitness activities
- At the end of the program, each person
will create a video testimonial stating how she feels
about the total PCOS Challenge experience

PCOS Challenge (Online)
The Details:
- As an alternative to the In-Person PCOS Challenge,
women can opt into the Online PCOS Challenge
- The women in the Online PCOS Challenge
will participate via private forums
- Online participants will maintain daily web
or video blogs

The Benefits:
- Access to expert teleseminars and webinars
- Special recipes, workout plans, and other resources
- Exclusive discounts on products and services to
help manage PCOS symptoms

The Prizes for the Online PCOS Challenge:
- Surprise gifts and rewards for people who
lose the most weight during the program
- $250 for the top recruiter (recruiting other women with
PCOS to join the Online PCOS Challenge)
- $250 for the top networker (recruiting other women with
PCOS to join the PCOS Challenge.com social network)
