I know it may be strange having a salad for breakfast to some, however i don't mind it at all ... Here is the breakfast of my day 1 on my raw food diet.In here there are ...Carrottomatocucumbergreen pepperspring onion.

  • This looks great! Any protein available in the raw food diet? Protein is so very important for us in every meal and every time we eat carbohydrates to help with balancing blood sugar levels. Besides that, this is good because you will be eating more veggies and fruits, which means that you are increasing the good nutrients including fibre! Great!

  • I've eaten this salad for my breakfast, and i must say i really did enjoy it. I thought it was a nice way to kick start the day. :) My mum says "eat a rainbow", meaning eat natural foods that have a lot of colour. It makes meals so much more exciting and it looks lovely :) .... 

    Later on in the morning i am planning on doing 30-1hour exercise routine with my exercise ball and weights.
