I uploaded this for Lauren W :) ... so here it is LOL ... took alot of guts to show you my gut LOL :)

Please considder this as a before picture ... i used to be a stone and 7lbs heavier than what i am in this picture .... when i've lost more weight i'll upload pictures to see if anyone can see the difference :) x
